Well, it is a pretty popular machine in Spain and is used to make churros! The photo of our churro machine was taken in Bilbao in 2002 during las fiestas.
Churros are eaten throughout Spain and are often sold by street vendors. They can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack later in the day and are usually served with a chocolate sauce. They're a bit like doughnuts but better!
