Spanish dishes are probably the least known of the Mediterranean countries. In the UK, tapas bars have been almost the only places where we could taste the typical flavours of some chorizo, patatas bravas or albóndigas. But that's not all that Spanish people eat at home.
Here are some recipes that I have learned from my auntie in Spain and some from my Spanish friends. Cuisine varies greatly according to region and also from home to home. Welcome to my little contribution to the Spanish traditional cuisine. ¡Qué aproveche!
