Put a tablespoon of olive oil in an oven tray and add the trout. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the garlic very finely and place together with the almonds on top of the trout. Drizzle with a tablespoon of olive oil and the juice of the lemon.
Bake in the oven at 170C for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve with the juices from the tray.
